Originating from the South Pacific Distillery in Fiji, this 18 year old single cask rum is a 100% pot still rum aged in an ex. bourbon barrel. Bottled at cask strength, it carries the classically bold and delicious flavors that have made South Pacific Distillery famous.

South Pacific Distillery's rums can be recognized by their fruity, estery, slightly smoky and slightly medicinal broad flavors. Fiji was one of the very first S.B.S editions made and this single cask had to spend all its time maturing in an ex-bourbon cask. 

Taste Notes:

Scent: The delicious aroma is something you would normally associate with Jamaican rum, starting with notes of sour tropical fruit, wasabi paste and honey.

Taste: Initially soft and dry, slightly acidic at first followed by flavors of ripe tropical fruit and
honey with a long and slightly ticklish finish. A delicious rum from start to finish.
