1731 Mauritius 7 years old Single Origin (46% ABV)

1731 Fine & Rare Mauritius 7 years is a molasses rum from the cellars of the Grays distillery, one of the oldest still active in Mauritius.
More precisely, it is a blend of rums distilled in columns and aged on site in ex-cognac casks for a minimum of 7 years. Some of these rums have been aged for a further 3 years in port or acacia wine casks.
The rum was bottled without cold filtration, at its natural colour and without any additives.
