Valued by tea connoisseurs worldwide, Da Hong Pao grows among the rocks of the breathtaking Wuyi Mountains in southern China. Once brewed and drained, we blend these rare tea leaves with our potent gin, which is made from specially selected botanical ingredients. We leave the gin and tea leaves to infuse for maximum flavour extraction before filtering and bottling with a high strength of 51.8% alcohol.
