Brenne French Single Malt
Brenne, or 'field' in French, is produced in Cognac by a Cognac producer who has extra fields to grow crops organically. This means he uses each field, he doesn't use for grapes, for a different crop each year. The organically grown barley he uses to make his own single malt, in his own way. He uses his alambique potstill, limousin and ex-cognac barrels to make a whisky, just as fruity and floral as a cognac. It's tropical fruit and spices is truelly amazing. You have to try it to believe.
