Brewdog 500 Cuts Spiced Rum (40%)

Scotland - with a six-century history of distilling spirits - has almost everything needed to make rum. Basically everything, except maybe the sun. So BrewDog ships sun-baked Caribbean molasses all the way to its state-of-the-art distillery, where it is transformed by hand into the kind of honeyed liquid a pirate would leave his ship for. Each batch is double-copper-pot distilled, which makes for an intense and amazing flavour - the product of deeply sweet tropical sugarcane molasses and more than enough Scottish spirit.
