VINEYARDS: Made from estate-grown grapes.
VARIETIES: 82% Viura and 18% Verdejo.
ALCOHOL: 12.5% Vol.
ACIDITY: 5.7 g/l (tartaric)
WINEMAKING METHOD: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16º C for 15 days.
It presents a bright yellow colour with greenish hues. A fascinating wine that combines peach and apricot notes from the old vine Viura berries with the aromatic explosion of white flowers from the Verdejo berries. A very expressive wine that is fruity, well-structured and that has an attractive finish in mouth that leaves us wanting more.
It is the ideal match for grilled fish, salads and vegetables, as well as pasta and shellfish. A good choice for smoky food and creams.
