Product description
Dailuaine is an unknown distillery. That is, this distillery does not produce single malt for the world market. It is owned by Diageo and started in 1852. It is located in Speyside and can produce over 5 million litres of malt spirit at full capacity. Independent bottlings are much loved and popular with experienced whisky drinkers. The owner Diageo uses almost everything from this distillery in its blends. It was the first distillery in the Speyside region to have a Charles Doig Pagoda.
TASTING NOTES:
Nose; golden kiwi, strawberry, citrus, green apple.
Flavour; Creamy, tropical fruits, vanilla, caramel, oily
Aftertaste; White pepper, relatively short. Slightly drying.
