Our London Dry Bio Gin is 100% distilled from organic grains and 16 organic herbs including juniper, coriander, cardamom, lemon and orange zests which, together with iron spice, create a soft and full citrus gin. We do this through vapour infusion which creates even smoother and more intense flavours. As an organic certified and artisanal distillery we do not use 'natural' aromas, this gin is the result of real distillation of real organic herbs. Moreover, we distill these herbs all together, which creates a fuller taste and longer aftertaste. This is pure nature in a bottle.
