Elements of Islay is a line of Elixir Distillers (formerly Specialty Drinks) bottlings that started in 2008. All distilleries are now represented, even the very rarely independently bottled Kilchoman. The sample is characterized by the periodic table. The distillery name is abbreviated to two letters and the number indicates the number of bottlings. The half liter apothecary bottles complete the picture. Each bottling bears the approving signature of a prominent figure in the whiskey world.
