Fine Champagne AOC is granted to cognacs blended exclusively with Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne, heart of cognac region.
Tasting Note :
Powerful, complex and heavy with a nose of violet and a jasmin flavour; a fruity hit of prune, honey and Russian leather in the mouth. Very long ‘old cognac’ feel but with fresh and subtle aromas.
