Produced with unique and partly secret methods that have remained unchanged since the 18th century. The result is a distillate with a distinct aromatic profile largely due to an extremely high content of esters.The rum has aged for 8 years in Jamaica's tropical climate, which is almost equivalent to 25 years of aging in European climate.

Spring water, natural yeasts, 100% pot still, tropical aging and sugar free.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Lush and intense with notes of caramelized apple and sweet spices mixed with a delicate touch of smokiness.
Taste: Fascinating, at the same time very smooth, but also dry. Very pleasant notes of wood, tropical fruits and resin.
Finish: Challenging aftertaste with alternating notes of wood and tropical fruits.
