Joseph Guy VSOP (40%)

Joseph Guy V.S.O.P. is aged for a minimum of four years, resulting in a perfectly rounded flavour. The longer maturation in the barrel makes the taste rounder by the effect of oxygen and more complex because the oak adds substances like vanillin and tannin. The colour is deep golden amber. The bouquet is characterised by full wood and floral notes and a light alcohol smell. The taste is characterised by traces of vanilla, oak and a light taste of caramel. The aftertaste is complex, balanced and surprisingly long.
