Murray McDavid Cask Craft Mannochmore Port Finish (44.7%)

Mannochmore is a fairly large Diageo distillery in the Speyside region. Started in 1971, maximum production capacity is 6,000,000 litres of pure alcohol per year. Nearby is also Diageo's earlier Glenlossie distillery. They are very similar. There is no global malt of both on the market. Mannochmore is a whisky that is indispensable to Diageo's blends. Haig and Johnny Walker, among others.

TASTING NOTES
Nose; Rich, round. Creamy .Yellow fruit and hints of cherry extract. Blueberry Liqueur. 
Flavour; Rich milk chocolate, full and aromatic. Rich red and purple fruits and soft licorice spices. 
Aftertaste; Rich, red fruit sweetness and light earthy notes.
