Nose : A fruity and spicy profile of green apple, lemon peel, prunes, cinnamon, mint and caraway. It then evolves on Danish pastries, vanilla and beeswax with delicate hints of malt and salt.
Palate : Rich and full with a spicy and roasted profile of cloves, coffee, charred oak, licorice, banana, rosewood,dried apricot.
