Schnapps specialty with roasted hazelnuts. Gently macerated and fired twice. Tastes particularly nutty when chilled.

FULL NUT TASTE

The clear nut enjoyment with a pleasant 40% vol. is especially liked to drink. For the intense taste, we roast the shelled nuts in the distillery. Only then are they crushed and placed in alcohol. During the maceration lasting several weeks, the fine aromas of the nuts pass into the alcohol, which we then distill off using the fine brandy process.

INTENSE ROASTED AROMAS

After a storage period of several years, we then make our schnapps from the extraordinary distillate. This already convinces in the nose with intense nut and roasted aromas. On the palate, a very strong nut taste develops, which also lasts a long time in the finish. If you want to intensify the taste, just add a whole hazelnut to the glass - it just tastes great.

Our drinking recommendation: Enjoy the hazelnut schnapps, slightly chilled in a schnapps goblet or mousse, at a temperature between 14 and 18 ° C. If you like it fruity, try our Williams Christ pear schnapps or the apricot schnapps - simply delicious!

Background knowledge: The hazelnut shrub can reach heights of five to six meters. When harvesting, place towels under the bush before shaking the branches, which makes collecting them much easier.
