Pleasantly fruity and balanced in taste. The Obstler is one of the schnapps, the production of which has a long tradition in the Austrian fruit-growing regions. The mash for the production must consist of at least two or more types of fruit. For our Obstler with 40.0% vol. we only use processed apples and pears from our native trees. With a lot of skill and years of experience, we succeed in producing a fruit schnapps in the typical Austrian tradition and of the highest quality.

The maturation in the earthenware over several years gives it a particularly balanced taste. He knows how to convince with fine apple and pear notes on the nose and the pleasant fruitiness on the palate.

Our drinking recommendation: Enjoy the fruit schnapps in a glass or schnapps goblet at a temperature between 17 and 20 ° C.
