Murray McDavid Cask Craft Strathdearn Sherry Finish (44.5%)

Tomatin is a remarkable and large distillery in the Northern Highlands, just south of Inverness. Owned by a Japanese concern. For a number of years it has decided to prioritise even higher quality global single malts and a new range of peated versions under the name Cu Bocan. Production can yield 5,000,000 litres of spirit annually.
