The Duchess Glenallechie 24yo
This 24-year-old beauty was selected by the Watt Whisky Company and chosen to be the first release of the Game and Wildlife Series. This whisky is undoubtedly a stunning example of the high quality whisky GlenAllachie produces.
Nose: Light citrusy and quite creamy. Peaches, a whiff of mango chutney and growing citrus fruits.
Taste: Syrupy, chewy and some more exotic fruits. Tinned peaches in Syrup, clementines and preserved lemons.
Finish: Long and creamy and citrusy, you can taste the age but not woody

This whisky is produced under the spiritual guidance of Billy Walker (known for GlenDronach and BenRiach) and carefully selected by none other than Mark Watt. The Black Grouse, depicted on the label, is a symbol for the Speyside, and just like this GlenAllachie, something you can expect from this region.
