The Stillery’s most floral gin is distilled all at once, London dry style. The Gin is distilled from our “grain to glass” base spirit. Our Still is fully adapted to handle the fragile floral botanicals. In order to handle these tiny flowers, our master distiller Pascal, uses a special herb basket. This allows for the extraction of all the flowery essence. An endless summer in your glass is what we offer.
