They search for the finest casks of whisky to be found in Scotland to fill their bottles with. All bottles in this series are unchill filtered, numbered, uncolored, and single barrel to allow the pure taste of the selected cask to come into your glass.

Highland Park is distilled and bottled at the distillery in Kirkwall. It is the northernmost distillery in Scotland and was founded in 1798!
