On Saturday, October 10th, the 20th edition of the Whisky & Rum aan Zee Festival will take place in IJmuiden. It's one of the oldest and, according to those in the know, one of the most enjoyable! This established and successful festival is organized by Slijterij & Wijnhuis Zeewijck. You can discover over 600 whiskies, rums, and other distillates from around the world. Over 40 national and international exhibitors will be present again this year.
During Whisky & Rum aan Zee, the Leonardo Hotel IJmuiden Seaport Beach will be transformed into a festival of "liquid gold," where you can sample a wide selection of Caribbean rums, Scotch, and Irish whiskies. Whether you're a seasoned whisky enthusiast or simply curious about rum, this anniversary edition offers something special for everyone, from beginners to experienced enthusiasts.
