From the wild, remote Ardnamurchan peninsula comes The Midgie, a distinctive limited-edition single malt that celebrates Scotland’s smallest but most infamous native: the Highland midge. Much like its namesake, this whisky is small but mighty, leaving a lasting impression.

Crafted at the Ardnamurchan Distillery using a careful balance of peated and unpeated spirit, The Midgie is matured in a selection of premium ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. The result is a beautifully layered dram, brimming with coastal character and smoky-sweet complexity.

On the nose, expect honeyed malt, briny sea air, and a whisper of bonfire smoke. The palate opens with waves of creamy toffee, citrus zest, and gentle peat, carried on a silky texture that leads to a lingering, spicy-sweet finish.
