BEEK Rum Guyana & Trinidad - Pulteney Whiskey Barrel (42.8%)

This Guyana-Trinidad rum has been aged for an additional four years in a Pulteney whisky cask. From the glass, aromas of tropical fruit and fudge rise with light rum notes, a touch of oak, vanilla, whisky, and a hint of mint. The palate reveals subtle tropical notes, wood, a touch of spice, vanilla, a touch of creaminess, and papaya. The finish is exceptionally long: the tropical fruit lingers, and the spice gradually increases.
