Cadenhead Rum Grenada GMWE 1998/20 Years Old (46%)

This release from the Green Label series by Cadenhead’s is a single cask rum originating from Grenada. Distilled in 1998, the rum was matured for twenty years before being bottled at 46%.

Extended ageing gives the rum a layered and expressive character. The nose reveals notes of dark sugar, dried fruit and lightly toasted oak, supported by subtle spice.

On the palate the rum is rich and rounded, showing flavours of molasses, caramel and raisins. Hints of cocoa, warming spice and oak add further depth and structure.

The finish is long and warming, with lingering sweetness and spice.
