Chairman's Reserve 1931 (46%)

Chairman’s Reserve 1931 is the flagship rum of St. Lucia Distillers, created to celebrate the founding of the distillery in 1931. It is a blend of pot still and column still rums, aged 7 to 12 years in ex-bourbon barrels with a portion finished in port casks. Uniquely, around 10% of the blend is made from fresh sugar cane juice rum, adding brightness and character.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Sweet raisin, vanilla, honey and warm spice.
Palate: Smooth and full, with layers of dried fruit, caramel, cocoa and oak, lifted by a touch of grassy freshness.
Finish: Long, elegant and warming, with notes of spice, oak and dried fruit.
