Dràm Mòr Secret Distillery 12YO Single Cask Rum (59%)

Dràm Mòr is the brainchild of Viktorija and Kenny Macdonald. The company began as a training and whisky events business but has evolved into a single-cask whisky and rum bottler, hailing from the once highly influential town of Dumbarton, Scotland. Dràm Mòr, translated from Scottish Gaelic, means "large whisky."
The birthplace of the Daiquiri and the Mojito, it boasts many renowned rum distilleries and is the third largest producer of Caribbean rum.
Today, rum drinkers around the world will be very familiar with this style, as it is the most widely consumed rum style today.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Vanilla, oak, light brown sugar and a hint of pear drops right at the back.
Taste: Light and clean with plenty of spicy oak, hints of vanilla and black pepper.
Finish: Cola, lots of cola combined with a soft spiciness and a lovely warm alcoholic tingle.
