Eminente Ron is made with a whopping 70% aguardientes. This high-quality rum was developed by the island's youngest Maestro Ronero, César Martí. The rum is made with 70% aged aguardientes, the highest percentage of all rums, and is aged for at least seven years in oak barrels.

The talented rum master César Martí drew inspiration from 19th-century rum. Martí is a master of the art of aging and blending aguardientes. Produced in the heart of the largest island in the Caribbean, Eminente combines the rum style of the western side of the island, which lends itself perfectly to cocktails, with that of the eastern part of the island, where rums are primarily made for sipping. Eminente is perfectly balanced. Refreshing and robust in aroma and flavor, it's ideal for both mixing and drinking neat.

The design of the logo and bottle – with a texture resembling crocodile skin – pays tribute to the local name, 'Isla del Cocodrilo', after the island's unusual shape reminiscent of the native animal.
