Flying Dutchman Rum No. 7 - PX Aged 7 Years Limited Edition (40%)

Flying Dutchman Rum No. 7 PX Aged 7 Years Limited Edition is produced by the Dutch family distillery Zuidam Distillers, where the entire production process is carried out in-house. Carefully selected sugarcane molasses is fermented for at least two weeks before being distilled in traditional copper pot stills.

The rum is distilled multiple times to create a refined base before entering a seven-year maturation in former Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. These casks are known for their rich influence, contributing both depth of colour and flavour.

During ageing the rum develops notes of raisins, dried figs and dark caramel alongside hints of cocoa and gentle spice, supported by the sweet and warming character typical of PX sherry casks.

The rum is bottled without chill filtration and without added colouring to preserve its natural character.
