La Maison du Rhum - Discovery - Panama is a new stage in the journey around the world initiated by the Discovery range. This time, we make a stop in the world of traditional Hispanic rum, the "ron".
This Panama molasses rum is the result of short fermentation and column distillation. It is therefore a light rum, which inherits the flavours associated with its maturation. After aging in bourbon casks, it was finished in old Palo Cortado sherry casks.
