Linkwood 11YO - Milroy's Soho Selection (55,6%)

This 11-year-old Linkwood single malt was selected and bottled for the Soho Selection by Milroy's of Soho. Distilled at Linkwood Distillery, it is presented in a bold yet natural style.

For this release, an American oak hogshead was used, contributing a refined and layered profile with a distinctive, almost dessert-like elegance. The nose opens with fresh citrus peel and cut grass, followed by green apple and melon. Richer notes of milk chocolate, butter icing and raspberry add depth.

On the palate, flavours of pear tarte tatin, golden syrup and vanilla custard unfold, supported by hints of pineapple and gentle spice. The finish is long and smooth, with sweet baking spices and creamy fruit tones lingering elegantly.

Bottled at 55.6% ABV, non-chill filtered and with no added colouring, this expression retains its natural intensity and structure. A distinctive yet refined Linkwood within the Soho Selection.
