It originates in Marsala, Sicily, where a Barbados rum, distilled in pot stills and aged 3 years in ex-bourbon oak barrels, is selected to receive a unique second maturation in the historic Florio Cellars. The perfect balance between the natural complexity of pot still Barbados rum and the unique smoothness granted by the finishing in Marsala Florio barriques.
Ageing:3 years in ex-Bourbon oak barrels in the Caribbean. Second maturation for least 6 months
in Florio Marsala cask, in Sicily.
