Savanna HERR 57 is a bold and aromatic white rum produced by the celebrated Distillerie de Savanna on Réunion Island.

The name HERR — High Ester Rum Réunion — refers to a distinctive rum style known for its powerful fruity aromas and expressive character. Made from molasses and fermented for an extended period, this rum develops naturally high ester levels, responsible for its intense tropical profile.

Distilled in Savanna’s traditional column still and bottled at 57% ABV, HERR 57 is released unaged and without additives, colouring, or chill filtration, preserving the distillery’s pure house style.

On the nose, it bursts with pineapple, passion fruit, banana and citrus peel, alongside subtle fermented and saline notes. The palate is full-bodied and vibrant, delivering layers of ripe tropical fruit, citrus zest and distinctive funk, balanced by herbal freshness and light minerality. The finish is long, warming and aromatic, with lingering fruit and gentle spice.
