This stunning expression of Scapa’s fruity single malt is bottled towards the higher end of its maturation. It was aged in first-fill American oak barrels in warehouses on the island of Orkney. Expect notes of apricot jam with fresh raspberries, bananas, and whipped cream, complemented by fresh peach, mango, and shortbread biscuits.
