This limited-edition single malt was distilled in 2012 at the Glenallachie Distillery and bottled in 2024 by Signatory Vintage as part of their Small Batch series (Edition #8). Bottled at 48.2% ABV, it delivers a rich and flavorful experience, with no added color and no chill-filtration to preserve its natural character.
This whisky was aged entirely in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks, giving it deep fruitiness, warm spice, and rich chocolatey notes. The influence of these casks ensures a bold and complex sherried whisky with layers of depth.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Bright and inviting, with notes of orange zest, dark chocolate, raisins, and honeyed spice, followed by hints of walnut and polished leather.
Palate: Full-bodied and indulgent, featuring stewed fruits, cinnamon, clove, and dark cherry compote, balanced by a subtle dry oak spice.
Finish: Long, warming, and elegant, with lingering flavors of sherried sweetness, dried fruits, and a touch of spice.
