The Deveron 12YO Madeira Cask (40%)

This 12-year-old single malt begins its journey in traditional oak casks, developing the soft orchard fruit and toasty cereal notes that define The Deveron style. The whisky is then transferred to carefully selected Madeira casks, where it matures further, gaining new depth and complexity. The result is a harmonious union of Highland malt and Iberian sweetness.

Tasting Notes:
Appearance: Golden amber, with a natural, warm glow—no added coloring.
Nose: Bursting with vibrant tropical fruits like mango, pineapple, and citrus zest, layered with soft honey, toasted nuts, and a delicate floral lift.
Palate: Smooth and approachable, with a creamy texture. Notes of vanilla, caramelized sugar, and dried fruits intertwine with hints of almond, baking spices, and Madeira wine’s signature sweetness.
