In the event of ticket cancellation, NO refund will be issued.
The purchase of tickets cannot be cancelled on the basis of the Distance Selling Act. This is because the purchase and sale of tickets falls under the exception regarding time-bound products. With respect to these time-bound products, it has been determined that the consumer (due to the time-bound nature of tickets) does not have the right to cancellation under this Act.
Naturally, we are accommodating the consumer, and the ticket can be converted into the purchase of a whisky and/or rum, minus administrative costs. Please contact us at [email protected] for this solution.
