Absolut Tabasco (40%)

Absolut Tabasco Vodka is a flavoured vodka in which a clean, neutral vodka is combined with Tabasco red pepper extract. The addition of chili pepper gives the vodka a distinct spicy character while preserving its original smoothness.

On the nose, aromas of red pepper and light spice are present. The palate opens мяг and rounded, followed by a gradually developing chili warmth. The heat remains controlled and lingers in the finish without becoming sharp or overpowering.

The Tabasco infusion noticeably changes the mouthfeel: where a classic vodka is mainly neutral and dry, this expression gains structure, warmth and savoury depth. As a result, the vodka is particularly suited to savoury cocktails, where the spice acts as a flavour enhancer rather than a dominant note.
