Matured in a refill ex-bourbon cask, this Man O’Sword showcases a subtle harmony between cask influence and the distillery’s signature style. The gentle refill maturation allows the pure character of the spirit to shine, revealing soft notes of stewed fruit, medicinal smoke and smouldering ash.
