Initially matured in American oak ex-bourbon barrels for six years, it was then meticulously finished for another six years in premium Spanish red wine casks from the Duero Valley. The result is a rich, complex whisky bursting with character.

Tasting Notes:
Appearance: Deep amber with ruby highlights.
Nose: Sweet aromas of caramelised orchard fruits, toasted hazelnuts, salted caramel, and a hint of grapefruit zest.
Palate: Full-bodied and indulgent, with layers of dark red berries, creamy vanilla, oak spice, ginger, and a touch of aniseed.
Finish: Long and elegant, with lingering notes of toasted oak, vanilla fudge, and a subtle sweetness.
