Bacardi Añejo Cuatro (40%)

Bacardí Añejo Cuatro takes its character from four years of maturation in oak casks under the Caribbean climate. During this time the rum develops its golden colour and a smoother, more rounded style compared with younger Bacardí rums.

Ageing introduces notes of honey, vanilla and gentle spice. On the palate the rum is soft and balanced, showing flavours of caramel, light oak and a subtle hint of smoke in the background. The result is a rum with a little more depth while remaining approachable.

Thanks to that balance, Bacardí Añejo Cuatro works well in cocktails such as a rum highball or Cuba Libre, but it can also be enjoyed neat or over ice.
