Baron Otard VS Cognac is a young cognac produced at the historic Château de Cognac, where the brand originates. As a VS (Very Special), it is made from eaux-de-vie aged for a minimum of two years in French oak casks.

This ageing results in a fresh and approachable style, where fruit and light oak influence come together. The character remains lively, with a clear focus on drinkability.

In the glass, notes of fresh fruit such as grape and citrus are complemented by light vanilla and subtle oak. The structure is smooth, with a soft finish where fruit and gentle spice return.
