Bayou Mardi Gras XO Small Batch Rum (40%)

Bayou Mardi Gras XO Rum is a premium small-batch rum from Louisiana, produced by Bayou Rum. It is crafted from locally grown sugarcane sourced from the Mississippi Delta, a region with a long tradition of sugarcane cultivation.

For this XO expression, several aged rums are blended together to create a balanced and mature profile. Ageing in oak barrels gives the rum its deep colour and rich character.

The nose reveals notes of vanilla, caramel and toasted oak alongside hints of dried fruit and gentle spice. On the palate the rum is smooth and full-bodied with flavours of toffee, dark sugar and subtle cocoa.

The finish is round and lingering with caramel sweetness and soft spice.
