Berry Bros & Rudd - 12YO Classic Sherry Cask (45,3%)

This 12-year-old Speyside single malt from Berry Bros & Rudd is centred around sherry cask maturation. Aged in Oloroso casks, it balances sweetness, spice and oak influence in a classic style.

The nose opens rich yet approachable, with raisins, figs and orange peel, supported by soft chocolate and gentle spice. It remains inviting and rounded without becoming heavy.

On the palate, it develops more depth, with layers of dried fruit, caramel and spice unfolding gradually. The texture is smooth and lightly creamy, with a clear but controlled oak presence.

The finish maintains balance, with warm spice, a hint of cocoa and a lightly drying edge for structure.
