The Blackadder Raw Cask Clarendon Jamaica Rum 2007 is a powerful single cask release from Clarendon distillery in Jamaica, bottled by independent bottler Blackadder.

Distilled in 2007 and aged for 13 years, it is bottled at cask strength. As part of the Raw Cask series, it is left unfiltered, meaning small wood particles from the cask may be present — a deliberate choice to preserve its natural character.

The nose shows classic Jamaican traits, with overripe tropical fruit, esters and a touch of glue-like intensity alongside spice.

On the palate it is bold and expressive, with pineapple, banana, citrus and fermentative notes, supported by spice, pepper and oak structure.

The finish is long, dry and spicy, with lingering fruit and a subtle smoky edge.
