The Borgoe Reserve Collection 15 Year Old is the most mature expression within the Borgoe Reserve Collection, showcasing the effects of extended tropical ageing. Here the focus shifts from accessibility to depth and concentration.

Produced by Suriname Alcoholic Beverages, the rum is aged for fifteen years in oak casks in Suriname’s warm climate. This long maturation results in deeper flavours and a more pronounced oak structure while maintaining a smooth character.

The nose reveals rich aromas of dark caramel, dried fruit and toasted wood with hints of cocoa and spice. On the palate it is full and layered, showing notes of toffee, brown sugar, oak and a light bitterness for added depth.

The finish is long and warming with spice, oak and subtle sweetness.
