Chairman's Saint Lucia Rum

Chairman's Reserve is a blend of rum distilled twice in pot stills and rum distilled in Coffey stills. The two styles are married after oak aging and then filled back into oak barrels for a final finish.

Chairman's Spiced Rum is infused with "Bois Bandé", a local Caribbean bark. Local spices and fruits are added to the rum, such as cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, vanilla, allspice, lemon and orange peels.

A remarkable 11-year-old rum distilled in the famous John Dore double-retort pot stills installed at the Saint Lucia distillery.
