The Bénédictine Single Cask Edition is a blend of DOM Benedictine (60%) and French Cognac (40%). This very limited Cuvée matures for a further 6 months in small oak casks in the heart of the distillery.

DOM Bénédictine is one of those age-old secret recipes devised by French monks. This amber herbal liqueur, made in Fécamp, Normandy, is said to have medicinal properties. In 1863, a Fécamp merchant discovered this forgotten recipe.
