A 15 year old Barbados rum produced by the Foursquare Distillery under the supervision of Richard Seale, multi master distiller of Foursquare.

The Long Pond Distillery in Jamaica is known for producing rum with great flavor and funk. After a long fermentation, the molasses is distilled on a Wedderburn Potstill to get the most power in the flavor.

This is a set of 3 rums from Guyana with a capacity of 0.70ltr per bottle, from the Diamond distillery of almost the same age, but produced in 3 different iconic stills with a long history.

The rum was aged for 5 years in tropical climates, followed by 2 years of continental aging in an Islay whisky barrel. Limited Batch Series Jamaica is a classic, powerful Jamaica rum that has received some very neat smoky notes from the whisky barrel.

A 17 year old rum, molasse based, produced by Worthy Park Distillery in a Forsyth potstill.

Collector Series. "It is a 15-year-old Dominican rum. This rum is bold and soft in the mouth. Therefore, they have blended it with another very special rum. A 1-year-old high ester rum called Aroma Grande.

This rum is a blend of both Pot Still and Column still. It has a lot of character retrieved from 20 years of aging in Panama. After the long aging it was sent to Denmark where we have given it a finish in a used Islay whisky cask for 2½ year.
