The Busnel Calvados Pays d’Auge Fine VS is a classic apple brandy from Normandy, produced by Distillerie Busnel, one of the oldest and most established calvados houses in France.
Originating from the Pays d’Auge appellation, it is made from carefully selected cider apples and double distilled in traditional copper pot stills, resulting in a refined and structured profile.
The nose reveals fresh apple, apple compote and light floral notes, supported by subtle vanilla and oak.
On the palate it is lively and lightly spiced, with ripe apple, soft citrus and a hint of caramel.
The finish is fresh and elegant, with lingering apple and gentle spice.
