Copper-brown color. A deep and complex character. A typical Jamaican rum, it offers a beautiful balance between fruity pot-still flavors and the woody notes brought about by oak aging in former Bourbon barrels.
Distilleries in the blend: Worthy Park Estate, Monymusk Estate, Hampden Estate and New Yarmouth Estate.
Age: 3-5 years old.
Maturation: tropically aged in former American white oak bourbon barrels.
Distillation: mainly pot still.
Base material: molasses.
